Show up about 15 minutes early. Meet a few people and get comfortable on the mats.
Be Prepared. You will want to be clean, trim your nails, and tie your hair out of your face. I have water here, but most people bring their own. Also, it’s a good idea to bring a pair of sandals or loose fitting shoes. If you’re going to a gi class, we have clean uniforms to borrow. If you’re going to a nogi class, wear tight fitting workout clothes with at least short sleeves. Check out this video explaining what to expect.
